* A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

* Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

* Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

* No-shows will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking again.

* Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless a removal service has been booked.

* I am not responsible for any lifting, breakage, or damage caused after your appointment due to improper aftercare.

* Repairs for damaged nails must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.

* Clients must inform me of any allergies, infections, or nail conditions before the service begins.

* Prices are subject to change depending on nail length, design complexity, and extra services.

* Respectful behavior is expected at all times. I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
